جب انٹرویو میں “How do you deal with difficult customers?”
> “I stay calm, listen carefully, and try to understand the customer’s concern before responding. Then I explain what can be done and focus on finding a solution.”
> “If a customer is upset, I let them finish speaking without interrupting. I ask clear questions, apologize when needed, and work to resolve the issue as quickly as I can.”
یہاں without interrupting ایک اہم phrase ہے۔ اس کا مطلب ہے بات کے درمیان نہ بولنا۔ apologize when needed بہت useful ہے، لیکن اس کا مطلب ہر حال میں اپنی غلطی مان لینا نہیں۔ بعض اوقات صرف polite apology کافی ہوتی ہے، جیسے: “I’m sorry for the inconvenience.”
ایک عام غلطی یہ ہے کہ امیدوار جواب میں کچھ ایسا کہہ دیتے ہیں جو بہت defensive لگتا ہے، مثلاً “I tell the customer they are wrong.”
> “I try to stay polite and patient. Even if the customer is frustrated, I listen first and then check the details before offering a solution.”
اگر آپ اس topic سے جڑے دوسرے interview answers بھی دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں، تو یہ pages مدد کر سکتے ہیں: “How do you handle pressure at work?” کا جواب کیسے دیں اور “Tell me about a time you worked in a team” کا جواب کیسے دیں۔
> “I always try to keep the conversation respectful and move toward a practical solution.”
